What happens when you visit
The pages are static. They store no cookies on your device, use no analytics or advertising tools and load nothing from third parties – fonts and images are served from our own server.
The hosting provider (Websupport) keeps standard technical access logs while running the server (e.g. IP address, time, requested page). They serve security and troubleshooting purposes and are kept for a limited time only.
When you write or call
We use the details you send us yourself (name, e-mail, phone, the content of your message) only to reply and to arrange possible cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We keep messages only as long as needed to handle them, or for the duration of the cooperation and statutory periods.
Links to other websites
The website links to other sites (e.g. projects in the portfolio). Their operators are responsible for their content and data processing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Just write to us. If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
